Data Export
Download logged moods and notes as a file for your records, therapy prep, or backup outside the phone. Export runs on demand, lists dates and mood levels in a straightforward format, and keeps you in control of copies.

Export runs on demand. It is useful before switching devices or when a clinician wants readable offline data.
What export includes
The file lists dates, mood levels, tags, and saved notes in a straightforward format.
Exports typically finish in under a minute on a normal network connection.
Your data remains yours. Export means you are not limited to viewing history only inside the Andy app on your phone.
Storing exported files
Store exports where you already keep health records secure. Andy does not manage cloud backup of exported files after download.
Export complements in-app charts: use charts for quick weekly review, export when someone needs a portable file or a longer archive.
Before appointments and device changes
After export, you can store the file wherever you already keep health records. Export is often how you build a folder your clinician can open on a desktop.
Re-export after big catch-up weeks if you are building a file for an appointment. The download reflects entries saved up to that moment, similar to printing a bank statement before a meeting.
Keep exports in a folder you control. If you stop using Andy, the file remains useful history even when the app is no longer on your home screen.
Exports are optional. Many people use Andy for months without downloading a file until a clinician appointment is scheduled. The in-app timeline remains the default way to review history on your phone between exports, and you control where the exported file is stored safely afterward.
