How do I get Andy?
Download Andy from the App Store on iPhone. See the listing for what is included in the current build.
Does Andy share my data?
Andy does not post to social feeds on your behalf. Sharing or exporting is always a manual step you take. Read the App Store privacy label for the current build.
Does Andy work offline?
You can open Andy and review recent entries without a connection in many cases. Export and App Store download need a network when you use those steps.
Can I export mood data for my therapist?
Yes. Andy can export logged moods, tags, and notes to a file you control. Many people also show weekly charts in session without exporting first.
Does Andy require an account?
Yes. Andy requires an account to save your log. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email when you first open the app.
Is Andy only for anxiety?
Many people use Andy for general mood tracking. The same five-point scale and review tools apply whether you track anxiety, stress, or overall mood.
Does Andy replace therapy or crisis support?
No. Andy is a logging tool. Use it alongside care you trust. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a clinician you know.
